Recently, a delegation of Malaysian clients arrived at Luyi Factory to commence a two-day in-depth inspection. The general manager of Luyi Factory led the core team to give a warm reception. The two sides first visited the enterprise exhibition hall, where they systematically understood the development context and core product lines of Luyi Factory through a dynamic sand table and product models. The Malaysian clients showed great interest in the factory's independently developed intelligent control system, frequently stopped to inquire about technical parameters, and the staff demonstrated the operation process one by one, creating a lively atmosphere at the scene.



In the precision parts production workshop, the Malaysian clients witnessed the lean production system of Luyi Factory. From the continuous operation of high-precision lathes to the real-time monitoring of intelligent quality inspection equipment, every link demonstrated the rigor of standardized production. The members of the delegation took out the samples they carried with them for comparison, affirmed the tolerance control level of Luyi Factory's products, and discussed the stability of mass production with the workshop director. During this period, the Malaysian clients paid special attention to the environmental protection certification of raw materials. When they learned that all materials met the EU RoHS standard, they immediately stated that this had cleared an important obstacle to entering the Malaysian market.


At the technical symposium in the afternoon, the R & D director of Luyi Factory introduced in detail the product solutions optimized for the tropical climate, including anti-mildew coating technology and high-temperature-resistant circuit design. The Malaysian clients put forward three customized requirements based on local market feedback. The technical teams of both sides formed a docking group on-site and agreed to issue a preliminary plan within three days. When talking about the cooperation vision, the representative of the Malaysian clients said straightforwardly, "The technical reserves of Luyi Factory and our channel resources are a perfect complement. We look forward to achieving the trial sale of the first batch of products within this year."


At the end of the inspection, the two sides took a group photo in the factory area. The general manager of Luyi Factory said that the professional suggestions from the Malaysian clients provided important reference for the factory's overseas improvement. The next step will be to accelerate the promotion of adaptability tests to ensure that products can quickly respond to market demands. This interaction not only enabled the Malaysian clients to comprehensively understand the comprehensive strength of Luyi Factory, but also built a cross-regional cooperation bridge, injecting strong impetus into the coordinated development of both sides in the Southeast Asian market.
